This was supposed to be achieved by 3 sub-goals:
- Optimizing overall deposit portfolio profitability
- Minimizing drop in value-for-money perception
- Identifying valuable deposit clients for preemptive actions
Results:
Customer claimed high satisfaction beyond first expectations. Project successfully delivered margin increase up-to 100 bps. This was later used to cover marketing and CRM related costs.

- List-price optimization & Leakage elimination
- Profit-focused package design
- Micro segment package price level optimization
Results:
Repricing potential of 9.4mil. EUR (private individuals) promised and delivered. This represents uplift of 19.6% on Total Gross Retail Revenue 2010.
